When did you become unhappy with your weight?

I was always a little chunky but in the past 6 months I would look at pictures of myself slowly getting heavier and heavier. I spent so much time wishing I was smaller.

What made you decide to lose weight?

There was a point where I was tired of the 30 percent of my time wishing how I wanted to be skinnier. I wanted to be the girl that everyone looked at!

What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?

I workout 6 times a week and eat healthy. If you eat it, you have to work it off!

What was most challenging about losing weight?

The first couple of weeks was the worst because you're putting so much effort and time into something and you want to see results. I just kept thinking, it'll all pay off!

How long did it take you to start to see results?

It's hard to look at yourself and notice changes. I always look at old pictures because it makes me feel like I have cleared that obstacle. I saw the number on the scale go down way faster than I physically saw weight drop.
